7th Annual Fundraiser-March 2, 2019

Dear Prescott Families,

We are putting together committees for the March 2019 Prescott Auction--this annual event is the school’s largest fundraiser. The efforts required to make the auction successful proceed throughout the school year, and we are trying to get organized NOW to make the 2019 event our best ever.

We will be hosting a  Benefit Volunteer Kickoff Meeting where you can learn more about the fundraiser along with ways to get involved. Join us! Everyone is welcome.

Ways to get involved:

Join a Committee:
-Silent Auction (solicit items for silent auction.. this can be done by email)
-Sponsorship (solicit corporate and small business) * if you work for a company that would be a potential sponsor please reach out.
-Marketing and Advertising (providing advertising and promotion needs for event)
-Entertainment/Decorations (dj,centerpieces, come up with a possible theme etc.)
-Day of Support (check-in, setup/cleanup)

Seeking the following person(s) with these skills:
Videographer- to put a short video together about Prescott and it’s journey throughout the years! This would be a HUGE gift to the school that could be used for various school/fundraising purposes.
